How PostemFlow uses cookies and similar technologies on the website and in the system.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored in the browser to make a page work, protect a session or remember a choice. Similar technologies may serve a comparable purpose.
2. What we use today
PostemFlow uses strictly necessary technologies to provide the service securely. If optional analytics are enabled, they load only after an affirmative choice in the cookie notice. Advertising, remarketing and profiling are not enabled.
- Authentication and sessions: keep the user signed in and protect private pages.
- Security and OAuth: temporarily preserve Google's authorization state for login, Instagram or another enabled integration and the safe return destination. OAuth state expires within 10 minutes.
- Notice preference: the banner choice is stored in the browser's local storage so it does not appear repeatedly. This record is not a cookie.
3. Optional cookies
PostemFlow may use optional analytics to understand visits, campaign sources and funnel stages in aggregate. This depends on environment configuration and remains disabled until the data subject gives specific consent. Advertising and remarketing are not enabled.
4. Consent and control
The banner offers a clear option to decline optional technologies and another to accept them. Strictly necessary technologies do not depend on consent because they are essential to operation, security or authentication. You can delete cookies and local data in the browser or ask for guidance by email.
5. Third parties
When you sign in or connect Google, Instagram or another enabled integration, the browser may interact with Google, Supabase, Meta and hosting infrastructure. Private storage is accessed by the server, without storage credentials in the browser. Each provider may use its own technologies under its policies; PostemFlow does not use social-network files or data for advertising.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated when technology, purpose, provider or applicable requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
