Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and scope

By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using PostemFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service. These Terms govern the website, workspace, client portal and available integrations.

2. Account, workspace and access

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. The workspace owner manages invitations, roles, permissions and storage connections. Portal and approval links must be treated as confidential.

You may not share credentials, bypass access controls or let third parties use an account in your name.

3. Content and responsibilities

You remain the owner of the text, images, videos, briefs, files and other materials you enter. You represent that you have the rights, permissions and legal bases needed to store, review and share that content with clients or collaborators.

PostemFlow provides organization and editorial workflow tools. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, copyright, social-account permissions and approvals of published material.

4. Storage, Instagram and third-party services

Primary storage is private and operated by the PostemFlow server. Optional integrations such as Instagram depend on user authorization, a compatible account and provider availability. Third-party rules continue to apply to the external service and publications kept there.

PostemFlow does not guarantee content approval, API availability or the permanence of permissions granted by a social network. Review the destination, caption and media before requesting publication.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use PostemFlow to violate laws, third-party rights or integrated-platform rules, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, send spam, harass people or attempt to access another account's data. We may block or suspend access that creates risk for the service, users or third parties.

6. Intellectual property

PostemFlow, its brand, interface, code, documentation and visual elements belong to their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property. You grant only the permissions needed to host and process content while providing the service.

7. Availability, data and limitation

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, infrastructure failures or external-provider interruptions may occur. Keep copies of important materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights under applicable law or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure through the contact channel. PostemFlow may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, security risk, legal requirement or the end of an essential integration. Closure follows the retention and deletion process described in the Privacy Policy; legacy files at external providers may require an additional action.

9. Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the product or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through available channels. For questions, requests or account closure, email suporte@postemflow.com.br.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are interpreted under Brazilian law, respecting consumer rights and venue protections where applicable.
